Love the TurbiTwist!!! Don’t know how long I had my former one, at least 10 years. New ones are just as soft and absorbent as I remember. Looked at several brands but this is just the right size and style for me. The two-pack is really great too.

This is the best turban style hair towel, hands down! I bought another brand that claimed it would fit most heads only to find it too small and actually painful because it pulled hair. Back to Turbie Twist and could not be happier. Comfortable, big enough for long hair, and so much easier to use than the button styles. Don't waste your money on others.

I have waist-length hair and the "Extra Long" version is perfect for me! I can fit all of my hair in it without any problems and they also seem deeper. But it's very easy to accidentally purchase the "Standard" Size because they are all combined into this one listing (ask me how I know? lol : ) At the time of this review, the Extra Long only comes in 2 color options: Pink & Mint or a 2-pack of White, and the current price is about $5 more than the Standard Size. If you click on a color variation and the price drops to about $5 less, those are the "Standard" Size. Also, when you switch colors, you will see that the Product Description changes and no longer says "Extra Long". The Turbi Twists are made of true Microfiber. They are super soft and not as thick as the ones that are more like terrycloth, but they work really well in absorbing water. The design is perfect because the loop is located at the middle of the back of the head instead of all the way down at the bottom like on the cheaper brands, so these cause less "tension" on your hair. My new healthy haircare routine using Turbi Twists: I have cut my blow drying time down to 8-10 minutes by using the Turbi Twists to "pre-dry" my hair. So after I am done washing and conditioning my hair, I squeeze out as much water as I can with my hands and then I immediately put on my first Turbi Twist before I even get out of the shower. I wear the first one for about 10 minutes and this removes a ton of water! Then I apply my hair products and gently brush out my hair to evenly distribute the products. I use a FLEXIBLE detangling brush and start from the bottom up. Then I put on my 2nd Turbi Twist and wear it for 30 minutes and then blow dry on medium heat. This routine has cut my blow drying time down to 8-10 minutes! I have wavy frizzy hair so I do straighten my hair with a steam straightening comb after the blow dry (on the lowest heat setting with one pass). And then overnight heatless curls on Day 3, which last the rest of the wash week... My hair has never been healthier!!! Thank you Turbi Twist for making these, and please never stop making the Extra Long size for us Long-Haired Girls!

This hair towel is very easy to use and dries your hair to damp. I have thin medium length hair: not sure if this will work as well for longer thicker hair.

UPDATE: washed my hair today. The twisty turbie worked very well. Used leave in conditioner and argan oil and left on for 15 minutes. It absorbed water but did not get heavy. I let my hair air dry and it did not frizz like it usually does. The towel was just damp and dried quickly while left hanging with no residue from the product. I RECOMMEND. I may come back and give it a 5 star. But I just got it today. I wanted to let others know that it is NOT initially COLOR FAST. I hand washed with cold water Woolite and some dye was present in the water. It will probably dissipate after several washes. But be aware. I only plan on hand washing till the rinse water is clear. Low heat on dryer for 15 minutes. I tried it on my head before washing and it fits well. I have shoulder length wavy, very dry, gray hair. I suspect it would not work for really long hair. I wash my hair on Monday. Going to use my leave in conditioner and some argan oil and let it sit in the towel for 20 minutes. So, I’ll review again with a review on that.

I have bought these hair towels before and they are perfect. They work very well, are soft, stay in place, and pretty colors. I definitely recommend.

I bought these years ago and wore them out. Recently tried cheaper ones. Wasted my money. Nothing absorbs as well as these. I was concerned I couldn’t find them, but here they are, and exactly the same as before. A bit more expensive, but well worth it.

I have been using Turbies for several years but needed new ones. Love them as they don’t slip off like a towel does. These are a thinner microfibre fabric, but no worries — they are actually better than the originals, more absorbent and dry much faster after use. Also useful to keep hair out of the way when cleansing the face or using a face mask. Bought this 4-pack so I can give 2 away as they make a lovely gift with a nice shampoo & conditioner. They seem slightly bigger than before, so are great for long hair, but easily twist up for short hair. Can’t find any faults with this product.
