VTech Baby Rattle and Sing Puppy

This has to be the cutest toy I ever purchased! I got it for my 4 month old great grand daughter. She absolutely loved it! She gave us her first hearty laugh with it. She sits there for a long time and just smiles and smiles. Even the adults have to smile it's so cute. The music is delightful, and a good music that isn't too loud, but isn't too soft. The lights blink on and off with the music. It talks! Adorable! And, it barks every so often. The most reasonably price toy that does so much. It's well made and I do not see it breaking easily. Colorful and not too heavy. I definitely recommend it. Your children will lover it!

This is just right for my 6 month old baby! It’s enough to get the attention of the baby and is super cute! It’s a great size for a 6 month old baby to hold it!! It’s great on the sensory value and noise level and texture!!! The ears of the dog crinkle and of course end up in the mouth!!! So it’s easy to clean!!

My 10 month old likes this toy, she dances to the music. It’s not overly loud like a lot of the baby toys can be sometimes. The little cheeks light up and the ears make that crinkly noise. It only has one button and it has an on and off switch. The little balls at the bottom of the toy make a little bit of a rattle noise. Overall, I think it’s a decent toy and I would recommend it.

It’s cute but too heavy and hard in my opinion for a baby. My 6-7 month old likes to shake toys vigorously so something he can play with when he’s a little older and won’t hit himself in the face or head with it

My 9 month old has started fighting diaper changes HARD; full-on gator roles and planking that make it practically impossible get a diaper on her and put us at a high risk of poop feet painting. Wrestling her and attempting to pin her down and strap a diaper on while she screams does not make for quality parent-child time, so I really wanted to find something to help us through this delightful developmental stage. A friend suggested a special toy that baby only gets during changing time, and this puppy rattle looked like a good option: cute, musical, flashing lights, different sensory engagement pieces. Sure enough, an instant success! She now lays calmly while I change her, holding and smiling at the rattle while it sings and chatters at her. I will say, if it didn't do what I need it do so successfully, it would definitely creep me out.... it's got some furby vibes going on, but my baby loves it and it works perfectly for my purposes. Warning: the songs and phrases WILL get stuck in your head. I find myself randomly exclaiming "hello! hello! hello, my friend! I'm so happy you came to play!" but hey, it's a fair price to pay for peaceful diaper changes.

This is the best Christmas present I think I've ever bought. My six month old has never been a big fan of toys but she is MESMERIZED by this one. She loves the lights, the music, and the crunchy ears and it's the perfect size for her to grasp easily. It's not super loud but loud enough to keep her engaged. Full belly laughs, big cheesy smiles and happy feet have lit up our Christmas. I will be buying backups. MULTIPLE backups.

Muy bonito y llamativo, a mi bebé le gusta, pero es muy grande y pesado para un bebé pequeño a pesar que viene etiquetado para bebés de 3 meses +. Lo tienen que sostener de las orejitas, no se puede sostener como sonaja. Viene en inglés, ojo ahí.

Fake product it is not vtech it is a brand called (baby toy) the quality is terrible and the product arrived opened I am going to return it.

When our granddaughter was 6 months old we purchased this toy for her. She absolutely loved it! The ears have crinkle paper and she would crunch them in her hands to hear the sound. But what she loved most was when you press the middle button the rattle plays catchy music or makes a remark e.g. "I have two ears." And while it is playing music or talking, the two cheeks flash. This enamoured her. Initially we would press the button for her to get hit to work, but by 8 months, maybe sooner, she was doing it herself. This rattle would occupy her for quite awhile. She might put it down and play with something else for a bit, but she always went back to this puppy rattle. She is 18 months old now, and she still picks up and plays with this rattle. At 17 months old, my daughter and husband took her on a 9 hour flight and this was one of the lifesavers, which helped to occupy my granddaughter on the plane. She loves the music and flashing cheeks. Now when friends have grandchildren being born, this is one of the gifts we always buy. I've purchased 4 in the past year.
