It's VERY soft so it's safe for your fase (not rough to use on your feet or elbows, knees etc). I did buy the matching handle to go with his replacement head. It doesn't spin and is stationary in the brush handle. I feel like this is a really great deep clean for my face and nack. The handle is a little pricy but I love that you can change out the brush heads. I also noticed that you can clean this brush well with some brush cleaner and hot water. With the proper cleaning this brush head will last me a long time, and I love I can just buy another replacement when the old one wears out. Review: Regular Replacement - This fits perfectly into the original item and does work well, but does have a higher price point that makes reasonable replacing more expensive than should be necessary.

great attachment
This face cleansing brush head is a fantastic addition to my skincare routine! It’s gentle on the skin but still gives a deep, refreshing clean that leaves my face feeling super soft and smooth. The bristles hold up well over time and don’t irritate, even with daily use. It’s the perfect way to boost any cleanser and really helps my skin feel fresh and renewed!

Rougher than Clarisonic deep pore
It has a beautiful color and the packaging looks boutique and feels like a luxury item. I like the color and presentation. I have the brush handle set so this replacement head and this pops in and twists to secure to the handle. The 2-piece design means you can just purchase and change out brush heads reducing costs and waste. Anisa offers two styles--deep cleansing and cleansing. Depending on your skin, you might choose rotating the two throughout the week. As someone else pointed out, you can easily save money by purchasing and using just the brush head as it is thick and sturdy enough. I use Cerave hydrating bar so I lather my face and then use this to scrub which still worked well. Biggest complaint: My skin is not sensitive but these bristles poked and scratched my skin. As shown in the pics, these bristles are jagged and uneven creating a roughness on skin. It didn't create any lasting redness and was ok, but it wasn't exactly a pleasant soothing experience. This is what I would imagine my body brush would feel like if I used it on my face. Scratchy, poking rather than silky soft, gliding. I have no idea if this is the intended design or if I got a defective product that wasn't correctly cut. I added photos depicting the random bristles towering over the others. I also photographed how it contacts the face by using my finger to rest on those tallest bristles. Because these bristles are firm, they do not bend as well and thus you get the poking effect. Perhaps if these bristles were cut to the same length (flat across) it might be better. To compare, this is rougher than my Clarisonic deep pore (whose bristles are cut to the same length). This isn't my favorite brush because of the feeling but I could see using it about once a week. I wouldn't repurchase this particular version of the brush head.

Face brush
Nice little face cleansing brush. The bristles are soft and feel good and there is a scrubbing pad in the center that you can utilize with extra pressure if desired. It works well, but if I could suggest a couple improvements I would want some drainage holes or some way to easily so securely stand it on its side so that it can dry off more quickly when you're done.

ANISA BEAUTY: An exceedingly small and an exceedingly soft brush
I find the ANISA BEAUTY Cleansing Brush Head Replacement to be too soft for me. I do not wish to pay penance each time that I exfoliate my skin, but this is so soft it is almost as though it does not exist. Mr. Whipple would have gone crazy over the softness of this brush since it is much softer than the toilet paper he used to hold. The ANISA BEAUTY brush head is exceedingly small. One can hold it in the palm of one’s hand, but I would have preferred a larger head even if it were attached to a handle. I am using it without the handle. The ANISA BEAUTY brush head comes nicely packaged in a lavender colored mini-lunch bag and is placed in a purple surround within the bag. This is a highly giftable item just on aesthetics alone.

Perfect
This is perfect! Way better than the rubbery one I brought in the past. It truly does exfoliate your scalp gently. It helped get rid of dandruff and I used it 7 days after my SMP. It's definitely a must have for me. Will be purchasing again in the future.

Disappointing for a "deep cleansing" brush; very underwhelmed
I bought both the "soft" (aka "cleansing") brush head and this "deep cleansing" version (which I’m reviewing here), and honestly, neither impressed me. These Anisa facial cleansing brushes just don’t clean well. This one in particular touts that it provides deep cleansing, but it failed my 3 tests. One w/ bare skin, another w/ just mineral sunscreen on my face, and the last one w/ both mineral sunscreen and a full face of makeup. It failed all of them (did not effectively "deep cleanse" to remove enough sunscreen and sunscreen & makeup), just like the other brush head I reviewed. As a CPO, I regularly work with engineers and product designers to launch products, I have to say, this product just doesn’t make sense. Product market fit is there, but the product specs aren't. The white fiber bristles on this "deep cleansing" brush head are way too soft to remove sunscreen effectively. On top of that, the inclusion of silicone nubs in the center feels random, especially when the bristles themselves are too gentle to do much beyond potentially fully removing natural face oils. It’s like they couldn’t decide on a material - either go all silicone or all bristles, but don’t combine both if they don’t actually work well together. Calling this a "deep cleansing" brush feels like a stretch. For the same price as one Anisa facial brush ($28) and its brush heads ($10 for "deep cleansing" and $15 for the "soft" version), you could get an electric facial cleansing brush (a Clarisonic dupe) with replacement heads. That’s a way better deal. Or if you prefer a manual brush, a drugstore brand will work just as well for a fraction of the cost.
