This was bought to replace a battery Chime so obviously required a mains supply to be installed first.Pro.Easy to wire mains and doorbell connections.Nice and loud without being "harsh".Cons.Wow the transformer is noisy. So noisy in fact that I turn it off at night and may even replace it.The front cover can only be released from the back. I wish I had realised this before I fitted it because now it's all screwed to the wall there's no way to get the cover off.Overall. I will replace this soon as it's not really fit for purpose. The transformer is so noisy as to be intrusive and I wouldn't trust it no to catch fire after extended use.

Horroroso, el sonido es tan fuerte y suena como un golpe, nada de melodía. El vendedor no me contesta a mi pregunta si hay alguna posibilidad de regular el volumen y cambiar la melodía. Se supone que tiene 2 melodías.No lo aconsejo . Mal producto.
