WOW! After having a store-bought thermometer croak entirely, despite a new battery, I ordered this little beauty. Easy to use, starts when you unfold the probe, easy to read, and comes with a spare battery which is very easy to replace! It doesn't get any better than this!

Accurate with battery installed right out of the box, and an extra battery is provided. Great, small, simple, cost-efficient meat thermometer for grilling or any other cooking. Not oven safe or dishwasher safe but who needs that? Very readable and suggested temps on the unit for reference.

Compared to my old thermometer that's a dial, this works way better and was on sale when I bought it. It's light, read out is almost instant, and good value. Since it's plastic, we'll see how long it will last.

Easy to use, easy to read. Comes with an extra battery too. I had to purchase this because the one I had did not work correctly. Never gave the proper temperature, and then needle stopped moving all together. Easy to clean also.

First of all it came in a surprisingly like nice box that would be perfect for sending as a gift. Inside the box are some instructions and a meat temperature guide which is a nice touch. The thermometer seems accurate and is really fast, generally taking around 5 or 6 seconds to read the temperature. It has a magnet on the back which I love as it means I can store it on the fridge :) I like how it auto turns on when you flip out the probe then auto turns off when you flip it back to closed position. There is a calibration feature and a couple other features but I haven't really used them

i even tested the accuracy, i compared it with the thermometer from hospital, it reads the exact body temperature as the hospital thingy
