V60 SUIREN Coffee Dripper 02, Clear Black

The flavor I get is more intense and balanced than with a traditional V60, even when using the same original Hario paper filters. It really feels like it brings out the best in each coffee. On top of that, the material is very durable, I’ve dropped it more than once and it’s still like new. Great design, easy to use, easy to clean and the difference in the cup is noticeable.

It is beautiful with gray quality. I leave it on my kitchen counter top as decors.

An absolutely gorgeous dripper. Easy to take apart!

These are really convenient for backpacking since they can be taken apart and packed down small, taking up almost no space in my bag. Before, I used to hang the plastic Hario on the outside of my backpack, but I was always a bit worried about it getting damaged. This design feels more practical and easier to carry without that concern. As for the functionality, these work quite well—which is impressive because the design isn’t what I’m used to seeing in a dripper. But what do I know? As long as it serves its purpose, I’m happy with it.

Aesthetically pleasing piece of coffee kit that delivers a great cup of coffee based on the tried and tried and true V60 system by Hario.

Using the correct filter is imperative. Also, for general knowledge steps of a pour over method: 1. 10 to 15g of coffee per person. 2. Heat water to proper temperature according to elevation. (Example: 92 C if in high elevation areas, such as Bogota, Colombia.) 3. Place pour over system onto pot or cup. Insert filter. 4. Grind coffee to correct level. (Best in burr electric grinder.) 5. Wet filter with correct temperature water, to make sure the filter does not move, heat the pour over system, heat the pot. Pour water out into the cup which will be used - to heat the cup in preparation for the coffee. 6. Pour grounds into the filter, measure specific weight of coffee grounds as they are poured into the filter. Whatever the weight in grams of coffee x 15 = grams in water. (Example: 30.2g coffee x 15 = 453g or ml of water.) 7. Before the last drips of water leave the filter, remove the top of the pour over system and place over another cup to discard. The last few drips can be overly bitter affecting your overall coffee experience. 8. Remove hot water from coffee cup, pour the finished coffee into your heated cup. Enjoy. This pour over method is a little more difficult to clean; however, it is worth it for taste, conversation, astatics, and durability.

It looks cool and makes a great cup of coffee.

Looks nice and works well, very similar to a regular V60, although a bit slower draw down because there is less bypass. Flavor profile is slight different also.
