Update: My view of the racket changed after restringing
UPDATE: I restrung the racket with LiNing No. 1 and oh boy. Thinner strings helped with the swing, making it smooth and agile. The light weight does not compromise too much on the power now, if you can swing it fast. Though it's still not my primary racket, but I do keep finding excuses to play with this racket, it's lovely to play with as long as you get yourself thinner, repulsion strings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I bought this racquet a few months ago and have been playing with it since, strung with LiNing No.7 @25lbs. The racquet is light weight, so the USP is supposed to be its speed and movement... which is just not there for a racquet that's this light. Given the weight, no matter how head heavy it is, most of my smashes lack the requisite force to win points. Playing with a 4U racquet, I'm able to smash better, I bought this for speed. Other players at my club have racquets with similar weight from LiNing, i.e. Air-Froce & Wind-Lite. They both swing better, faster than this. So do yourself a favour, if you want something light, go for Wind-Lite 700. Your swing will be faster, your smashes will be better, and it also feels more maneuverable.
