These have improved my bar bell RDLs and farmers carry by providing better support. I could feel my fingers slipping even with gloves on before, but I've been able to lift heavier and with more confidence since getting these. They can be a little fiddly to put on but you get used it it. I think the straps could be a little longer to make finding the grip easier. I have osteoarthritis in my thumb joints and these don't push against it, unlike the hooks I tried. Overall, a good addition to my gym bag.

The vibrant colour adds a personal touch, and the comfort level is a definite plus. Overall, I'm very chuffed with these.

I've had these for a few months now and I really want to love them. I love the style of them compared to other straps because they're so easy to use. That said, I only use them for deadlifts and barbell rdls because they don't really offer any cushioning. I prefer my wee Bear Grip Grip Pads for everything else as they cushion my calluses better. I do pumice them regularly but train heavy, 5 days a week so they can get sore. Someone in the gym let me try Bear Grips version of these and they are so much better. They're a lot cheaper so might not last as long but the padding is far superior and they don't pinch the crease where my palms meet my fingers.

The Versa Gripps wrist wraps are excellent quality and help to provide me with extra confidence during my workouts, my first impressions of the wraps were of the build quality and the feel of the materials used, they are well made using durable materials, sewn with reinforced non-abrasive thread, exclusive Versa Gripps non-slip material that provide a fantastic grip on the bars, they have a heavy duty stainless steel buckle to help provide a secure feel of the straps on my wrists. They can be used for all pulling and pushing exercises, they take the place of gloves, lifting straps and wrist supports, I use these for bar work and kettle bells, I have been able to do longer reps and also increase the weight I use without tearing up my hands in the process, these also help to support my wrists with each rep. The grip is self-supporting and allows the athlete to wrap both Versa Gripps independently, the extended grip length allows more of the grip portion to be wrapped around the bar for maximum hold & security, the grip length on these are just short of 160mm. The quick-release safety feature makes it easy to release by simply opening the hands and the bar is then released. Overall, I am very happy with these grips, they are easy to use, provide great padding and comfort, they have transformed my workout, I feel much more in touch of the weight allowing me to not concentrate too much on my grip, they help to allow me to go further and heavier with more confidence in each rep, excellent quality, these are a size S and fit on my 6" wrists perfectly, they are priced in the top tier for wrist wraps but you will not be dissapointed due to the quality and extra performance provided at the gym, I hope you have found my review to be helpful, thank you.

The first thing I noticed was how well-made they are. The quality of the materials is excellent, and you can tell they’re built to last. The neoprene padding is comfortable around the wrist, and the grip surface has just the right texture to feel secure without being too sticky or abrasive. Using them they take the pressure off my grip and let me focus more on the muscles I’m targeting, which has been especially helpful for pulling exercises. The grip wraps around the bar easily, and once you tighten your hold, it stays in place without needing constant adjustment. It’s made a noticeable difference in my ability to push harder and lift heavier. I have small wrists, so the XS size fits perfectly and feels secure without cutting into my skin. It’s also great that these grips are designed with female athletes in mind, as many wrist straps are either too bulky or uncomfortable for smaller wrists. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bit of a learning curve when first using them. It took me a few tries to get used to wrapping the grip properly and finding the right level of tightness. However, once I got the hang of it, they became an essential part of my workout gear. Overall, these grips have made a huge difference in my training. They’re durable, comfortable, and incredibly effective at improving grip and reducing strain on my wrists. I got these for my wife and she loves them. She was quite skeptical at first and I thought it was going into the pile of gym stuff I've bought for her that she doesn't use but this one actually gets used every day. She's 5'0 and has very small hands. We had previously tried Cobra grips and olympic style wrist straps and these are her favourite. FWIW they are way too small for me (M/5'6" - I can use the smallest Cobra Grips).
