Transformers Deluxe Soundwave (VHS) - 7" Transformers Action Figure

This Transformers Soundwave figurine is too cool! The box is made to resemble a VHS case, but larger. The material is exactly the way the old VHS cases were made, too. No assembly is required, so he's ready for use as soon as you unbox him. It is made of a durable plastic that won't break just by barely handling it. This is a really fun and well-made collectible to have and makes a great gift for Transformers fans of all ages.

Got it cheap and very happy with it. Pretty cool figure. Not as many accessories as the deluxe one. But still pretty cool.

For folks who have wanted the Super7 Ultimates Soundwave figure, I personally think that the Super7 Deluxe Transformers Soundwave (VHS) is a great alternative. His chest panel still opens up with his ejector button, so you can insert the included Laserbeak cassette figure. And the front box art uses the box art from the Transformers VHS releases.

This is the coolest packaging of any reboot toy I've ever seen. Soundwave figure is cool. but the VHS homage in packaging was genius. Worth every penny just for that.

The product came in a plastic case that resembled a VHS cover from the 80’s. It appeared as it did in the pictures and had great detail. The cassette that come with it, Laserbeak, does not transform and stays in the tape form permanently. I would buy this for any 1980’s Transformers fan.

Great quality and good size. Comes in an awesome box and is definitely worth it as a gift. Highly recommend and came extremely quickly.

This is honestly a decent Soundwave figure. However, I wasn’t expecting the VHS case to be this massive. I wasn’t under the assumption that it would be of similar size to Funko Pop’s Blockbuster collection. I’ve left an image of my copy of 90’ TMNT as a size comparison. The case is so big i can’t even display it on my shelf, but it makes for a great keepsake. For Soundwave himself, the figure could’ve been a little bit better. He doesn’t come with his blaster as an additional accessory. Only… Laserbeak in cassette form. Very disappointing when the case states “ accessories” in plural. He can bent his limbs a bit, but nothing too crazy. I think it would’ve worked better if he had came with a stand as posing him upright gave me minor issues. His chest compartment is fully functional, so Laserbeak can fit right inside which is pretty cool. Other than that, I don’t have other complaints. I’m pleased with my purchase as I get to show him off on my Transformers shelf!
