Do you still need to use heat protector spray?

Hi Yes, I still use a heat protector spray. I must say though if you are considering buying these, I bought this item hoping it would be either as good as or better than my GHD’s. Unfortunately this is not the case, I have gone back to using my old GHD’s as the finish it just not the same or as good as GHD straighteners 🙁 I hope my answer helps.

Well made and robust product.

This is a good product and the second in the house for my younger daughter. My older daughter started using it first and is pleased with the results on the hair and stops the two of them fighting over who gets to use it first. There is some cracking noises when you use it but nothing to worry about as this is normal per the girls and related to how the straightener works. Well designed with good length to cover the appropriate amount of hair and hand grip. Also has a lock mechanism to close the tongs after use. Nice rose/copper gold colour too.

The best I've ever owned! Highly recommended.

Recommended by a friend, I love these straighteners. Best I've ever owned! Lightweight, with controllable temperatures and easy to use, they straighten hair in one steady stroke, for me not even on the highest heat setting, leaving it soft, smooth and shiny. Yes, they do make a tiny bit noise, but as it says in the instruction leaflet this is part of the nano technology that uses moisture in the air, and it really isn't annoying at all. An added bonus is the very long cable so you don't need a socket to plg into immediately next to a mirror. Highly recommend straighteners!

A great straightener and curler easy to use quickly heats to correct temperature I have had compliments about my hair since using this product. I have recommended this to my friends and family. I bought both this and the hair dryer. I love them both.

could have ruined my hair

only used these a few times and experienced the same buzzing noise, burning smell as other users, plus they drag your hair- really really bad quality and heavy and cumbersome too! they would definitely damage your hair over time, luckily Amazon customer service were amazing as usual and refunded me so I'll search for a replacement pair.

Unsure.

Purchased these after the good reviews.. but when they arrived, unfortunately, they were a bit defective. They were sparking on the inside, so I had to return them. £199 these retail at in shops, which is a quite a lot. For the price they are at here I'm sure they would be great. They are stylish and feel nice.

Highly recommend

Easy to use and it has a really long lead which is fab. It heats up very quickly. It did make a sizzly kind of noise as the other reviewers have said but it explains why in the instructions. Smooths my frizzy hair with one swoosh and I love the temperature settings. Highly recommend
