Picked up this Arlo Video Doorbell 2k with Chime 2 to add to my existing Arlo camera setup. Getting up and running took just minutes. Connecting the doorbell via the app is quick and simple. Connecting the Chime 2 is easy too. Everything controlled and monitored from one place. Living in an older house, existing doorbell and chime placement can be a pain but no one wants to rewire their home. The Arlo Video Doorbell 2K can be wired in for power but battery is the way to go. Put it anywhere and even better, the Chime 2 can be plugged in wherever you want. My original chime was in the upstairs hallway where it was difficult to hear from downstairs. With the Chime 2 I simply plug it in where I want to buzzer and we're good to go. It's awesome to have visitors video go right to my phone. Answer like a normal video call, volume and sound are great, as is the picture quality. Night vision means being able to see your visitors no matter when they come calling and as long as you have decent WiFi in your home, you can place it anywhere you want. House, garage, wood shed, they're all an option if your WiFi has the range. Using the Arlo Video Doorbell 2K with Chime 2 has been great all around. Easy to setup and all the features I could want to make greeting guests simple, no matter where I am when they arrive.

The Arlo video doorbell 2k 2nd Gen is amazing and very high quality!! The actual product design is sleek and stylish! Seems and feels to be made of high quality materials, very sturdy like this could last a long time so you’re getting what you pay for! Excellent value!! The installation was a breeze!! Literally from unboxing to ready to go probably took about 15 minutes! My favorite feature part so far has been the package detection, and the 2-way audio which has been helpful for grocery drop off!! A super cool feature of the Arlo doorbell is being able to see clearly in 2k even at night! The brightness and night vision are impeccable!! The coolest factor that is we can see all the way down the end of the driveway and out to the street! It has an excellent range of view!! It’s such a great system it actually functions as a real doorbell not just a camera with the chime plug in!! I’m absolutely over the moon and I feel like our home is fully secure! Thanks Arlo!!

I’ve been really impressed with the Arlo 2K Video Doorbell (2nd Gen). The video quality is very clear, and the wide 180° view lets you see visitors from head to toe, including packages on the ground. I also like that I can talk to people at my door directly from my phone using the two-way audio feature. Installation was simple, and it connected to Wi-Fi without needing extra equipment. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can check my front door anytime, even at night thanks to the built-in night vision. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient addition to my home security.

Arlo door camera is nice and clear. It was very easy to connect to wifi and get it working with the chime 2 as well. It was a simple process. I am using and android and Ois to connect in the app and it worked out great! Thank you!

Great video quality, the chime works,and sounds much better than my wired doorbell. Mounting was very easy and straightforward. The battery life is not as bad as I thought it would be and I like that it came with parts to hardwire if I ever need. The only time I run into battery issues, is if there is particular extra high foot traffic in front of my door, but it's not very often. The only issue I have is when charging, sometimes I have to keep unplugging and plugging back in to have the doorbell fully charge otherwise it will only charge a few percent and then stop for no reason. Great value and addition to my Arlo ecosystemz especially when on sale. I generally don't have any connection issues compare to the cameras and detection is very consistent, especially when you adjust the sensitivity and use the Smart AI features.

Great camera, very clear and responsive to motion sensor. Love that you dont have to pay for a subscription to look back at recorded alerts. Worth the extra price compared to competitors.

Works well, very clear picture and connects a to your phone to answer and see who is at door. You can also talk to person with phone as well. Easy setup and installation. Price was reasonable and delivery was on time. I bought a second one with out the chime for another door, and both sync with single chime or multiple ones for larger homes.

Even though I bought this from the Australian site it arrived with a US plug. So you would need to have a place to have the chime where you can plug it in with an adapter. And they also don't include an adapter so that is an extra expense making it not a very good price on this site.

Definitely well worth the money. The device is easy to install and love how it’s easy to navigate through the app. The quality is amazing! The video is clear and the sound is very good. Definitely worth the price.

Excellent produit, facile à installer. Pour éviter de visser dans l'aluminium de mon portail, j'ai opté pour un support adhésif. Installé en bordure de rue, il nécessite une configuration soignée pour optimiser la durée de la batterie, qui peut atteindre 2 à 3 mois par charge. Avec des caméras, l'autonomie peut aller jusqu'à 6 mois. Associé à Arlo Secure pour gérer la sonnette et les caméras, c'est une solution de sécurité performante et fiable.

Product excellent but i am in india, i was able to connect chime 2 but video doorbell 2nd generation is not shown in the arlo app ? Guys please help or the seller pls respond. What to do ?
