The foundation arrived in perfect external condition, but the product inside was unusable. I shook it thoroughly & tried the pump a significant number of times—no product came out. There were no indicators or mechanisms to unlock the pump (the way some body lotions have), so I opened the bottle. Inside, in addition to a bent pump tube, was a thick, gunky substance that didn’t resemble any usable liquid foundation. While a small dab showed good coverage, the overall state made it impossible to use. Disappointing, because it seemed promising—just not in usable form.
