Brilliant for my dog. The lock mechanism also stops it from accidentally falling off. Used for a while now with no sign of any wear or tear. Super comfortable around my wrist while walking and and if the dog ever does pull. Length is comfortable for me to keep control and for the dog to also explore.

Comfortable handle and decent length, like the extra security on the clip which attaches to the lead.

Great lead and stops my little poochon from pulling . Which is a game changer. Attack it to the front of her harness and has absolutely worked . Wish I had know. Four years ago - better late than never!

Found a great range of this brand on Amazon. Love Mountain dog but this one is not great if your dog loves chewing!

I had high hopes for this lead but was disappointed. It's adjustable, lots of ways to wear and it is easy to adjust however the material of the lead is so uncomfortable. I was excited for a handle on the lead as not many adjustable leads have this, but it's made out of a thin seat belt like material which cuts into your hand. Very disappointed about this lead as it looked great but the material let's it down

Nice lead. The safety clip on the end is a bit temperamental, however it’s never come loose on a walk (i find it gets a bit stuck when it’s ’locked’ closed)

I knew I wanted an adjustable lead. There are many in the market, but I went for the full lead - collar - harness from ruffwear. The clips are great, not had one come undone. Great for clipping the dog to things, putting it around my waist if I need two hands, feels lovely looks great. Is it the most robust material in the world? time will tell, but if I was going through woodland and over fences and dragging it on the floor, then it would wear faster than say, leather or chunky nylon. But this is for town walks. Parks. Looking good and being practical when I need it to be. And it packs small which is great if I take it out as an option to her flexi lead.

This is our Cane Corso puppy Mali at four months . This is such a comfortable lead to use with a large breed puppy or a dog her size who is prone to being difficult on their walks , either jumping or pulling . There is a loop from the aluminium catch to about 12 inches up the lead allowing you to hold the soft handle of the lead in your right hand while holding this loop in your left giving you full control over your puppy or older dog . The catch has a sliding rubber piece that opens the catch and slides again to lock the collar or harness onto the lead absolutely securely , so no chance of your dog escaping when the frankly dire catches on some leads fail and your dog bolts !! It doesn’t chat your hands or cause burns on your hands as some cheaper leads do ! And it looks so good on Mali with her Ruffwear Front Range harness too !

Passend zum Geschirr. Die Leine ist robust und dennoch sehr leicht. Mit dem Öffnen und Schließen muss man sich daran gewöhnen aber das geht dann auch ganz schnell.

Ja, zugegeben. Ruffware ist nicht so ganz preiswert. Aber bei einer Hundeleine kommt es auf Sicherheit an. Karabiner, die sich selber lösen können, erfreuen vielleicht den Hund, aber nicht Frauchen und Herrchen. Wir hatten jetzt den Fall. Ein einfacher Bolzen-Karabiner hatte sich gelöst, während sich der Hund gedreht hat. Ein Horror, denn der Hund hat Angst und Panik, und gerät schnell in den Flucht-Modus hinein. Wir haben 150m gebetet, dass unterwegs kein Störgeräusch kommt und dann entschieden, dass wir nur noch Leine mit Karabinern nehmen, die wirklich, aber auch wirklich nicht mal eben so aufgehen können. Wir haben nun komplett auf Ruffwear umgestellt. Wir müssen mit beiden Händen den speziellen Karabiner zumachen und ebenso wieder öffnen. Ein solches Prozedere haben wir noch bei keiner Karabinerart gehabt. Man kann ganz sicher sein, wenn man nicht selbst den Karabiner wieder löst, bleibt alles immer schön fest. Eine Zufallssituation oder ein cleverer Hund hat da keine Chance. Was noch sehr schön bei der Leine ist, ist die Möglichkeit, sie mal eben um den eigenen Bauch oder über der Schulter zu befestigen. Wenn man bereits einen Bauchgurt oder eine Bauchtasche beim Gassigehen hat, kann man die Leine auch in voller Länge nutzen. Oder auch einkürzen; es gibt einen Schieber dafür. Man kann auch zwei Hunde befestigen oder einen Hund doppelt. Alles ist sehr hochwertig. Es gibt auch einige Farben zum Auswählen
