This is so much better than expected - a great product. I have suffered from dried out and crusty nostrils all Winter that culminated with a nasty nose bleed recently. After having the same thing happen a few years ago when the Doctor gave me some ointment I was looking for a quicker solution than trying to get a Doctor's appointment. This product arrived quickly and I cannot praise it enough. My nostrils haven't felt so normal for ages. It's easy to use and does not trickle down the back of my nose to my throat, it doesn't burn, it just soothes. Definitely recommend.

Didn't help me I'm afraid, couldn't see any positive improvement after a week of use

Provided immediate relief for dry nostrils due to medication I’m taking. Seems a bit more effective than plain saline spray as it has sodium hyaluronate and aloe gel added. Some thoughts to consider: You are advised to use 2-4 pumps per side for each treatment and to repeat 3-4 times a day. I measured each 4-pump dose at 1.0g so in a 30 ml bottle you’ll get roughly 10 days of treatment. I’m using one pump, 2-3 times a day I found the liquid does drip back out of my nose for a few minutes. This can be prevented by holding your head back for a few minutes. The information booklet provided is like a mini glossy magazine explaining the full product range; the specific instructions for this gel is a half page on page 11. I would say this was quite limited compared to other products sold in the UK.

I've had issues with dry sinuses for many years and it got much worse the last few years. I often use wood heat and my workplace has incredibly dry air so it's constant nasal aggravation. I had been using gels to lubricate but was still having lots of pain and daily nosebleeds. Decided to give this spray a chance and I'm so glad I did! Only been using it a week or so and my nasal passages feel so much better already. Pain is basically gone and no more daily nosebleeds! I do wish it was slightly thicker as I typically hold a tissue under my nose for drips after spraying, but I'll let that slide given how well it's worked. I've been doing one spray each nostril morning and before bed which has worked well. Definitely recommend giving it a try
