I had been missing Fadogia and Tongkat in my daily supplements and I could definitely feel it. I hadn't ordered this one before, so I tried it because of the bigger dosing, 500 mg of the Tongkat vs 400 in the other one I've taken, and I'm digging it. I can feel it in my metabolism which seems higher than it was a couple of weeks ago and well...other stuff is better than it was. Great supplement and great price with awesome boost in energy.

After laying off all supplements for a week, I can say I noticed a tiny bit of difference; there's a slight improvement with taking these. Is it enough to warrant the cost? Does everyone taking it benefit-whether slightly or greatly? I don't know, but I'd probably say take them for a solid two bottles duration and stop for at least a week to purge any residual effects and make the decision for yourself.

No complications or side effects. It seems to be a good product.
