Predictable, Reliable Quality for a Classic Espresso
These beans deliver exactly the kind of consistent, reliable quality you would expect from Lavazza. If you are looking for the absolute peak freshness and complex, fruity flair of a locally roasted specialty coffee, these sit in a different category. However, what they offer instead is a highly predictable, classic flavour profile that hits the spot every time. They are incredibly forgiving to work with and are ideal for dialling in on an espresso machine, producing a rich, traditional cup. That said, as long as you adjust your grind size appropriately, they perform just as well through other brewing methods. The price on these tends to fluctuate a bit, but if you catch them at a good rate, the value for a 250g amount is excellent. Overall, it is a highly dependable daily drinker that will not let you down.

It hits 5 stars for taste and aroma
I took a break from coffee for a bit but this brand has got me started again. The moment I opened the delivery box the intense fresh coffee aroma you get at airport lounges made me inhale this deeply and the coffee machine was back in service. Makes a rich, smooth, highly aromatic fresh coffee without any bitterness. With milk only it is divine and unadulterated. Just superb compared to others I've tried. I am reordering today even though I have half a pack left.

Its Lavazza so it must be a nice cuppa
Good coffee. New type of Lavazza which I thought I wou;d try as Lavazza types have come out tops in my taste tests of all types of coffees of many different prices. This is a very dark roast and has a distinctive flavour. Not bad at all even compared to types almost twice the price and thus a bargain price. Worth a try in this small bag and see if you like it.
