Does it have a heater

No. Due to the vibrations, the water becomes a little warm but that's all.

Does ultrasonic cleaner clean toothbrushes as good as UV light does?

Sorry I have only cleaned jewellery in it. Although I was reasonably pleased with the result I did go on to buy a bottle of liquid cleaner that you add to the water and that was better. I have never used UV light so cannot comment.

Doesn’t power on even with an adapter

The ultrasonic cleaner arrived with a USA plug instead of a UK plug, not only that but after I got a UK adapter and plugged it into the wall it refused to power on. So the product was 1) had the wrong plug when I ordered it on the UK version of Amazon. 2) is faulty because it won’t power on even when using an adapter.

Cambié de opinión. Si funciona muy bien.

Hace unas semanas comenté que no funcionaba al 100%, sin embargo un joyero me comentó que al agua le pusiera jabón de trastes (use salvo lo de una tapa de refresco) y 10 ml de alcohol. Puse dos veces en el Tiempo máximo unas pulseras de plata con mucho oxido (prácticamente se veían negras) y salieron prácticamente limpias. Después limpié el aparato, puse agua limpia (sin agregar más nada) y volví a poner las pulseras dos veces en tiempo maximo. Por último con un paño retire el agua excedente. DE VERDAD ES MUCHA DIFERENCIA SI PONEN EL JABON CON EL ALCOHOL. La primera vez solo puse jabón (igualmente salvo) y me la pase literal todo el día limpiando dos cadenas. Claro que recomiendo el aparato 😃
