I purchased a two pack of the Smart Tag LITE. Fantastic price and a massive saving over the Apple Air Tag. What did I have to lose? Tags arrived very quickly and were set up in just a few minutes. Both worked a dream. A couple of weeks later a problem arose with one of the tags so I followed the instructions which came with the pack and sent a WhatsApp message to the company. No here’s the business….. in less than 24 hours a brand new tag was delivered - all free of charge! A Truly excellent after sales service, sadly hardly seen today by many other companies - so ‘hats off’ to HH-Tech. A superb business who sell pretty good products too! Thank you.

A great little tag that’s easy to set up works well and can be used with ‘Find my’ on the iPhone. Good for finding keys and keeping track of the kids’ school bags which they leave around.

Used for one trip and they both worked well as expected. The next time I tried to use them one was broken. Amazon have offered a refund/return. So I’m happy enough.

I ordered these but didn't;t get round to serving them up for several weeks, by which time it was too late to return them. I managed to set up one of the tags with no issues. When it came to the second one it simply didn't work - I tried to activate it by pressing the button but no bleep was made. It failed to pair with my phone so I took out the battery, replaced it and now it is completely dead and won't even turn on. So my "2 pack" of tags is, in reality, a "1 pack". Very disappointing.

An excellent tracker matched by superb customer service.After 6 months one of my trackers stopped working, Suspecting the battery had run down earlier than expected. When I opened the case up a small piece of metal fell out. Turned out the spring holding the battery in place had come adrift. On contacting supplier they offered to send a next day replacement saying I would not be able to repair the tracker myself. Great service all round.

I used these for my suitcase and hand luggage..it worked well with my iPhone

Won’t connect up at all. Wouldn’t recommend it. It wouldn’t even be getting one star only I had to review it.

We have air tags and in comparison, these worked very well

I just got this key tracker, and so far it's pretty cool. It looks really sleek and modern, which I like. Its petty durable. Battery seems lasts long. The setup was super easy, just a few taps on my phone, and they are connected good to go. The only downside I've noticed is a slight delay in the location updates. It's not a huge deal, but sometimes it takes a minute or two to catch up. Overall, it works, and I'm happy with it. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can find my keys easily. Plus, it's small enough that it doesn't add any bulk to my keychain. Good value. I'd recommend it if you're always losing your keys like me!

I ordered these so that I can place them in our bags when we travel. The set up seemed to be relatively easy at first. I followed the instructions on the first AirTag that was added to my “Find My” items with no issues. The second one did not work quite as well. I didn’t understand why I had to choose an emoji to go with the AirTags. I wanted to simply name them white AirTag and black AirTag. The emoji just isn’t my thing. So when setting up the second AirTag, I attempt to skip choosing an emoji. When I did that, it disappeared off of my items and I wasn’t able to complete the set up. I went back numerous times trying to add it and even tried the factory reset about a half a dozen times. For some reason, my phone cannot discover the device any longer. I emailed customer service and got a response, but the response walked me through instructions on trying to locate it on my Bluetooth or doing the factory reset. I had already attempted these numerous times, but tried them again; it did no good. I will reach out to customer service again and see if they have any other ideas. So far, I’m a little disappointed in these. If you get two of them that work, they are a decent value. If only one of them works, obviously they’re not a good deal. I will see if customer service is able to resolve my problems this time around. If they do, I will update this review. If not, I struggle to even give them as high of a rating as the three stars I just gave them.
