a bag of bountiful brushes.......
Growing up I spent several years doing high end paint jobs, using brushes that cost $30-$50 and washing them by hand, with a fine wire comb/paint thinner/lots of soap and water. Now, those are made for certain jobs.....jobs that are on perfect plaster and is to look like a canvas on a wall. These brushes are incredibly good for the cost, and can be washed with clean warm water because most liquids that will be used are acrylic/latex or water based paint, stains and sealants, currently. And they are fantastic for it. If you apply your substance with effort/time/skill you don't need 'perfect' hairs on your brush, apply your substance knowing that and you can do it as if you are using a $40 brush. These take a beating, clean up easy and are ready for another use. I use latex paint, acrylic based sealants, synthetic stains - all dilute/thin or clean up with water. And for the price of the bag of them, if you forget your brush, open a new one. With a steady hand, and taking the time you can cut in walls, shelves, corners, even corners with 2 different colors. And if the brush hairs get uneven, use some good scissors and cut them even or at an angle. And I saved the un-paintable brushes for one of my nephews who thinks he can cut the handles off and find some arts n craft project for them. 👍 If you do a lot of your own projects, I recommend getting the big bag of them, 36 because they won't expire and even if it takes 15 years....you'll find a way to use them, even if its dusting off other tools before you use them or the cob webs in the attic corner. Well worth the money!!!!!👍 PS, all those pots in the front yard, stained using the brushes, some multiple coats and colors and multiple clear coats.

Good for poly
Good for single use poly, oil based, thin products. Not worth cleaning at this very affordable price.

Decent for the Price, But Expect Loose Bristles
These Pro Grade chip brushes are cheap and serve their purpose for quick or disposable jobs. However, the biggest issue is that the bristles come out easily while painting. I found myself constantly picking hairs out of the finish, which can be frustrating and time-consuming. That said, for the price, it’s hard to complain too much—you get what you pay for. Great for one-time or rough work, but not ideal if you're looking for a clean, professional result.

Perfect for Small Jobs, but Not for Fine Detailing
recently bought the 36-pack of chip paint brushes, and for the price, they’re a solid option for basic painting projects. The brushes are lightweight and the bristles hold up well for most small tasks, like touch-ups, crafts, or painting edges. The size variety in the pack is great, making it easy to find the right brush for the job. However, they’re not the best if you're looking for precision or fine detailing. The bristles are a bit stiff and may shed occasionally, especially when using them on smoother surfaces. They’re definitely more suited for quick, rough jobs rather than fine, detailed painting. Overall, if you need a lot of brushes for smaller, less detailed projects, these are a great value. Just don’t expect them to replace higher-quality brushes for more delicate work!

Excellent value, disposable, minimal shedding
Bought a pack of these for a workbench upgrade project. Used these brushes to apply 2 coats of oil based polyurethane (no sanding). Because it’s unfinished plywood I didn’t get my hopes up about the final quality. It turned out pretty much how I expected. Only lost about 2 hairs per piece of plywood. They do shed but within acceptable amounts so as not to slow down staining/coating process by having to pick out bristles from polyurethane. These are great for throwing the brush away instead of dosing it with chemicals and a lengthy cleaning process. You will notice a finish difference vs an expensive brush if using paint, but not when using polyurethane. I probably used about half of the brushes on this project, one for each coat of stain and urethane. Very happy with the results.

Good general purpose disposable brushes. Great price
Great disposable brushes. I use these for brushing fiberglass resin and waterproofing outdoor furniture. They were fantastic for painting and staining my refinished deck and the rails. I did not have much problem with bristles coming out and I’d recommend these for general painting.

I wish I’d had these a long time ago.
Never had chip brushes before but I like them. Bristle retention is good and when I’m finished,I can throw them in the trash.
