Solid sledge, feels nice in hand, very durable and perfect size for demolition. Also a great price especially because the company donates some of its profit to veterans and first responders.

I bought this hammer to drive rebar into the ground. The rebar was painted orange on one end so that the snow plow would know where out driveway ended and the lawn started. He just had to plow between the orange rebar. This hammer was a good weight to do just that. Drove the rebar into the ground. You just have to be careful, hit the head on the rebar and not the handle. But, even then it seem to be good for some misses. Good quality hammer for hitting rebar or causing some attitude adjusting. Although for attitude adjusting it's probably better to actually use your words and not a hammer, since the hammer will definitely cause long term (or short term, depending) damage. We don't want damage to anything. Use the hammer responsibly and the hammer will be a great tool for years to come! You have to be put somewhere that you don't want to be put, so you don't try to adjust any attitudes. Just saying. It's a good hammer, but know where to best apply it. Is a heavy baby hammer that can hammer things better than a normal hammer. 5 stars.

It’s amazing the weight is perfectly balanced even tho it’s heavy it’s so fun to carry you don’t even care about the weight it strikes perfectly and quick due to a perfectly sized handle with a lot of attention to detail on the handle and head of the hammer your grip won’t slip and you will be able to alternate plenty of different grip positions to reduce fatigue amazing product could easily cost more be thankful it doesn’t. Last but not least it’s heavy but I did use it to make a nice zinc and copper bracelet both soft metals and I didn’t destroy the piece even the the hammer is way oversized but I’ll just be ordering the 2.5Lb aswell since this went perfectly

Really solid and firm, i use it on studs on diesel trucks, or for bigger impacts it’s really well, grip is great, not off balance fits well in my tool box smaller drawers. Design is cool, and its a little more expensive than others but its worth the price, would be nice if it was $5-10$ cheaper

Hammer is hammer. Works for what I need it for. Far as blacksmithing, handle may not hold up to high heat real well. Don't know, didn't use it long enough near my forge. Might be too short unless you anvil is higher up than mine. Good hammer for destruction jobs though.

Perfect for those Demo Jobs where you have to work in a smaller space!! Not only does it do the job, but it holds up and is ready for the next one when it’s time to rock ‘n’ roll

Originally I was just out for a rubber mallet.. building my tool collection now that I have a full shop area.. and I was looking for something that had a mallet on one side and metal on the other for demo/smashing tasks or driving, didn’t know if they existed or not. But I ran into this. Seemed like the perfect resolution. I could get a demo/driving hammer/hand sledge in my collection along with a mallet in one swoop. Cant beat it. Very quality feeling and all the spec ops stuff always looks cool as hell. Will also be getting their 20oz nailing hammer with the cap too for more precise malletting abilities. Can’t believe I’ve never seen this “cap” ingenuity anywhere else.
