I bought these Apple EarPods as a gift for my father, but we were extremely disappointed when he opened them. The product was completely broken right out of the box. One earbud doesn't work at all, and upon closer inspection, the wires appear to be cut off. This is unacceptable for a new product. I will be seeking a return or replacement immediately.
