Can somebody tell me their experience with these knives like if they are worth the price and their use quality and other helpful information?

This is an excellent set of knives that have been used many times. The various sizes of knife are suitable for all of the tasks that the amateur cook would come across in everyday situations. I would recommend a knife sharpening tool to keep the blades razor sharp. The handles have a good fit in my small to medium hands. Suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. The knife block is solidly constructed. I would recommend these knives to anyone who wants a set of good quality everyday utensils.

are the knives dishwasher safe?

We put them in the dishwasher after each use without any problems, no sign of discolouration on the handles.

Is it possible to replace one knife? I dropped the paring knife and have bent the tip. I can't see any way to buy a replacement of a single knife.

I would go back to the supplier and ask them.
