Good enough for price
Iโve only used the product sparingly, twice a day but not everyday and only 3 spoons instead of 4 or 5 (what it says on the tub) but I did see results starting after the second week. I was very skinny and only wanted to gain a bit of weight, didnโt really matter what type more (fat or muscle). You do have to shake it very well otherwise youโll get some lumps. Overall, I am happy with the product I got for the money I paid.

Terrible taste and causes stomach cramps
This product tastes awful and has very strong digestion consequences probably due to the protein overload. Terrible cramps and gas! Waste of ยฃ35.

I expected more from this product. I usually get this or similar from the same Brand but sadly this one came and it didn't mix well and tasted like chemicals. I thought it was expired but after checking it still was okay for about 1 or 2 years. This has put me off so I doubt I will buy it again.

This is an outstanding product and a very relaible one I have los fat while stacking up and have seen more grown that with Amy other protein shake I could tell you L was skeptical of what it says it can achieve and beside all those Calories and Grams of Protein , Creatine ,glutamine aswell were a concern to me I can only say this Weight gainer delivers Results not stubborn belly fat so give it a try and of course its not a magic potion you still need to add Eat clean and all the Health foods and the not so tasty veggies and a decent work out plan and at least 30 min. or less Cardio
