So far these are an exact replacement for my AT&T phones that have had just too many electrical spikes that made 2 of the handsets quit working. they are working just fine and am glad I purchased these.

It's a great phone that's easy to operate and recharges fast. The answering machine is a great feature.

Lots of clarity

Good quality phone for a landline phone. Replaced a cell with this phone for a parent who couldn't use a cell well anymore and was a waste of $ keeping it. A landline is much cheaper to have if you only make calls. Especially good for elderly who lose their ability to navigate how to use a cell, or otherwise unwittingly let bad actors access data from their cell and install unwanted apps. I programmed family phone numbers in this phone and assigned each number a "digit". For example, if she presses "2", it will call me. Posted a list of names and digits next to her chair. It stores voicemails. One star off for two reasons: the menu wheel in the middle can be confusing for users (needs labeling), and the sound of her voice when she calls me seems a little distant and tinny. Great for anyone just making calls and wanting a $20 phone bill.

If I bought this as a gift for a neighbor and also a 4 year warranty, how can it be put in her name? I man for the warranty side, does it need to be in her name I didn't know how to ask

This phone set really helped out with my folks being older and can’t get to phones fast enough. Being cordless is great, seems to be of good quality, caller ID is great. We have 3 downstairs and one in their bedroom upstairs. Now they don’t have to rush to answer the phone. I know most people have cell phones these days and my folks do also, but these phones have been a help.

I brought this phone for my grandmother back in June. Unfortunately, my mom did not get to set it up in her house until the end of July only to find out that only one of the phones actually work. The other phone does not work and it’s too late to return it because the return date was July 11. Yes, I wish they would have set it up in a timely manner so that I could have returned it. It’s just unfortunate that we received a phone and only one of them work when it’s a two phone deal

Não atendeu às minhas expectativas. O produto é muito bonito e sofisticado, mas infelizmente veio com defeito, o identificador de chamadas recebidas, NÃO FUNCIONA!!! Eo pior, eu não sei onde eu posso levar para a troca, ou reparo.

EDIT 20/12/2025: O telefone é bom e tem um bom alcance. Porém o meu produto tem algumas ressalvas: - o áudio da secretária eletrônica não é muito claro. Poderia ser bem melhor. - após conversação, a data e hora alteraram sozinhas, sendo necessário o ajuste. Ainda assim, recomendo o produto. Se não der mais o problema de mudar data e hora sozinhos, volto para dar mais estrelas. EDIT 23/08/2026: O problema de alterar a data e hora sozinho (geralmente quando o telefone toca) parou. Voltei e dei cinco estrelas.

Llego empaquetado muy bien , los teléfonos están muy bonitos tienen buen volumen los números grandes lo recomiendo mucho

Em nenhum lugar do anúncio diz que o aparelho é apenas 127V. Acabei queimando a fonte dele ao ligar no 220V.
