Excellent product, I tried many Bidet but this one is really good and worthy. Very simple and do the job.

It works
It works great however would have preferred that instead of the zipper there was a simple lid that we would unscrew to fill the tank. Much easier and keeps the tank stable.

Ordered two of these things. Didn’t come in the rectangle case as selected btw it was the plastic bag one and one of them started leaking after some time smh. The bidets…One was okay and The other one I’m sure was a defect. It would not stop running after powering it on… like the buttons were useless and the only way it’d stop is when you’d click the power button after a couple minutes. L

Edit: Previously gave it a 1 star but I was able to contact company's customer care on WhatsApp and they offered a full refund. This product is great and helpful when it works, maybe mine had a manufacturing defect? or maybe the product has an internal problem that needs revision. Anyways, always have a backup from this item if you need to use it consistently. Totally worth it
Totally Worth it, I have tried multiple other options from manual to other battery powered to chargeable ones but they always had less power and limited water, but this one is really good
