Cannot hand tear sachets
Great Ketchup but cannot hand tear sachets to open which defeats the object of these sachets. I didn't have a problem with the first batch so this could be hit and miss. Also, very short shelf life of 3 months. Prompt friendly and reliable customer service, though.
