I haven't written a review for years, but this Rosemary supplement deserves it. I have had chronic fatigue most of my life since my twenties through now to fifty-four. For exams and interviews I would use Rosemar oil for a much needed boost. Thanks to the menopause, brain fog returned with vengeance and dabs of oil was not good enough. I don't want to give the impression this is a volatile or dramatic supplement as it's far more gentle and profound than using volatile oils. The capsule is the concentrated, ground herb.
