I ordered this Amazon Basics Rectangular Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat Set because my old ones were stained and had begun to feel sticky and slimy. It's important not to keep silicone baking mats for too long because they degrade over time, which can lead to potential chemical leaching. I use them all the time instead of oils and parchment paper, so they get lots of use. These Amazon Basics mats have been working great for me, nothing sticks, no stains so far, and they clean up easily. I like the gray borders; they look great on the stainless racks in my toaster oven/oven and on my cookie sheets. I also use the big mat on the counter to shape my sourdough loaf. It's important not to use a knife or other sharp utensil on these mats, which can expose the inner fiberglass mesh. These are as good quality, if not better than, my old ones. It's great having three different sizes because it's easy to mix and match them with different racks and baking pans. The price of $11.99 is a bargain for three mats, and I'm glad I found these.

These silicone baking mats work great. I have been using them for several months and I no longer need to use parchment paper. I have used for baking cookies and ever making beet chips and nothing sticks and the sheets to no discolor. They are slightly oversized from my baking plan for not by much. I have even used them without the baking pan and they are rigid enough to sit directly on an oven rack without an issue. I have not placed them in the dishwasher because they are so easy to clean by hand. Good value, durable so far - I would recommend.

I use these almost every day. I use them as work mats for cooking and baking. Easy to make confectionaries put on these mats and slip into the refrigerator too perfect working with cakes or any messy cooking products that you just want an easy to clean workspace, I would highly recommend this.

I have two and I'm glad I do, it's fantastic, sticks to any surface naturally, no residue to worry about, super easy to clean, and it's tough enough that a normal knife doesn't cut it, I have two in case anything happened to the first one but it's so durable that I can't envision a problem. Super lightweight but also super tough.
