Love these!
Was looking for a replacement for the 50,000 units of vitamin D my doctor prescribed that was pill form. I have a hard time swallowing pills so I needed a chewable option and these are perfect! The taste isn’t too bad, it makes me think of the Flinstone vitamins I’d take as a kid. I haven’t seen if it actually helps with my vitamin D deficiency, I’ll have to see what my labs come back with on Tuesday. But so far these seem to be a great alternative for those that don’t want to take pills!

So impressed! Started these with vitamin d levels of 2. I got my blood retested about 2 weeks after finishing the 8 week Replesta and was up to 40! I am going to do one more round and then taper to lower daily maintenance dose
