I have been taking these for a couple of weeks hoping that my skin appearance improved, they are easy to take with very little taste, I do think that my skin looks a little brighter , will see how things go.

I mix them with other tablets and am getting the desired results!

I HAVE TAKEN THESE TABLETS MY EYES FOCUSED BETTER I AM NOT TAKING THEM NOW BECAUSE I HAVE BOWEL CANCER DOCTORS TOLD ME TO NOT TAKE TO MANY SUPPLIEMENTS BUT NO PROBLEM WITH THESE TABLETS AND I DO TAKE THE ODD ONE NOW.

I'm sure they contain what they say they do but I had no effect from these on top of my current stack. I'd hazard that the trace elements may be of desirable elements but probably not enough quantity of any to actually provide you any practical advantage
