On a low carb diet these are our favorite noodle replacement for spaghetti, ramen, and pasta dishes that call for spaghetti. The noodles are just the right consistency and do not taste fishy or chewy like other Konjac/Shiritaki noodles we have tried. Individual packages look small, but are just right for 2 seniors(very filling). We do rinse noodles before adding to soup or sauces.

We have ordered these over and over. They are a great substitute for our dietary issues.

Not a perfect pasta substitute, but certainly passable as an alternative. Good to have on-hand.

Great as a low carb snack . Or as a meal with meat and vegetables. Just like regular pasta when accompanied by butter

I am very happy with these noodles, they have been a great addition to my soups. The individual packets are nice, I use one packet per bowl, perfect. It is so easy.

I've tried some other konjac noodles, and these are about the same. They all have the same simple ingredients, plus they are packets with water. I don't knoow if they need to be preserved or something because I've seen dried ones. But most of them have a strong odor and you have to thoroughly rinse them. The Hethstia brand doesn't have that odor, that's why it gets 5 stars from me. The packets are smaller than other brands.

Awful. I tried 3 packs. One was stuck together and gagged me because it wouldn't go down! Tasteless... Clever advertising. The seasoning DOES NOT come with the noodles nor is it baked in... waste of money. Uneatable!
