Amazing product, amazing service by Rahul ji, he also fixed my other atomberg lock which the earlier guy had messed up.

Had a wonderful installation experience. Mr. Tinku Sharma from Atomberg took the Challenge of installing in my door (it has many grooves and designs therefore making the door thin at certain sections. He did a fantastic job. The product is seamless and easy to use.

The product seems to be working fine from start. The build quality is good and feels durable. The pricing was spot on and that only made me choose this product. The min. door thickness was mentioned as 28mm, but the installer was literally bluffing saying it should be 35mm (as our door was 30mm) and its tough to install. Though he had installed the lock, he literally damaged parts of door, frame and wall as he was not having proper fixtures to fix and drill. He just had a drilling machine with a special drill bit, nothing else. He was literally in a complaining mode, saying our door wasn't of good quality, it was not installed properly etc. When i requested him to install the lock without damaging the doors, frame and wall, he was laughing and said it can't be done without damaging. Now, i have to call my carpenter and painter to cover up the damages this installer had caused.

Sleek, ergonomic design but sturdy and safe at the same time. The setup process through the app is simple and straightforward. I would recommend getting an Atomberg rep to do the installation. The response time is fast and technicians are well trained and efficient. One improvement area is the backplate setup. It's a screwed plate instead of a slider, which makes changing batteries a little cumbersome. But that is in no way a show-stopper. Highly recommended !
