Works when it wants.
Great appliance! A little noisy for my small studio, but I have learned to tune it out (most of the time). It is not refrigerated, so the ice does slowly melt in the bin, but it is constantly making new ice. In fact, it makes it surprisingly fast. I find myself refilling it a lot, not because the reservoir is particularly small, but because it's so convenient to grab ice for everything. As for ease of cleaning, it was a little bit confusing the first time I did it, but customer service walked me through the steps and then it was back up and running just fine. As for looks I think it is pretty compact considering, and I think the build feels like it was made with quality materials. Overall, it is a workhorse in my kitchen, and I think for the convenience it's fantastic. I would buy it again, no questions asked!!

Beware of ANY products from this seller!
This review is more about the company Atlantic Star than the product itself. First the product. It has a nice compact design and makes ice quickly. The nugget ice is great and easy to chew, if that is what you are looking for. Drawback, it dumps ice into the bin right in front of the bin full sensor, so the unit shuts off with the bin about 3/4 full. I bought mine at the end of Feb 2025 and it stopped working in early Oct 2025. After some digging on the manufacturer's website I found the 1 year warranty. The warranty is not printed in the product paperwork. Since I am well within the one year, I contact the company for a replacement. I get a reply via text asking for details and copies of the receipt. They then requested a video showing the product not working and how it was plugged in and various other details. I sent the requested video and after a week I reached out and they said they couldn't open the video, so I made another shorter on and sent that. By now it was late October. I never heard from them again. phone calls, texts and emails all go unanswered. So I contact Amazon, first call I am told "don't worry. we will contact the manufacture on your behalf and get back to you". Three weeks, no response from Amazon. I call today and am told, there are no notes entered from my previous call, just a record that I called and that there is nothing that Amazon will do. There are plenty of good ice makers out there I would just be VERY careful about buying one from Atlantic Star and also know that if something does happen, Amazon will NOT help if one of their sellers acts disreputably. I hope this helps someone.

Not worth the money
Worked great from August 2025 to January 2026. It was a little loud when the motor kicked in. All of a sudden it started making this screaching noise and stopped producing ice. I expected it to last longer than 6 months. Guess I'll try a different brand.

Happy Purchase
I wrote a previous review about this model. Overall, we like the machine, but it made this high-pitched screeching noise at times. I swear, I thought it was a siren for an emergency vehicle coming down the road. Ha! A few months go by and I get an email from the Euhomy support team. They apologized for the issue with the machine and sent a replacement. WOW! I can honestly say I've never had that happen. If you're thinking about this machine verses another, choose this one! We've had two other ice machines that didn't work out. This has a bigger bucket, so it holds more ice and the pellet ice stays frozen longer. The ice from the other machines we had melted quickly and just watered drinks down. For good customer service and an ice machine you'll be happy with, this is the way to go!

Great customer service
I love the pebble ice maker. I actually bought 2 of them. I keep one on my deck in the summertime and I have one in my kitchen. The pebble ice in my opinion is so much better than the large chunky ice cubes that come from ice cube trays. I like not having ice cube trays taking up space in my freezer. I recommend using the gallon of drinking water you get at the grocery store, to fill. I have well water and used that a couple of times and the minerals and rust particles clogged it up. A good cleaning with vinegar took care of the problem. I contacted customer service and sent them a video of the sound it was making they responded immediately and advised to clean in vinegar. Worked like a charm. It’s does make a sound when running, but it is not too loud. The machine will automatically shut off if the ice begins to back up. As the ice melts it will remake on its own. I also fill a few freezer bags with extra ice to keep in the freezer. I highly recommend this product.

Great customer service
Worked great for about 8 months. Stopped making ice for unknown reasons. Contacted about warranty and went through all the trouble shooting steps with no luck. After providing pictures and video of ice machine malfunctioning, received an offer for reimbursement. Very pleasant experience, plan to buy again.

LOUD AF
LOUD AF. Imagine, if you will, an addition to your kitchen counter that sounds less like a sleek modern ice maker and more like a WWI biplane attempting takeoff from your sink. At first, it lures you in with promises of “quiet operation” and “one-click convenience.” Lies. Sweet, stainless steel lies. Does it make ice fast? Absolutely. Within minutes, your drinks are blessed with glorious, chewable nugget ice...the kind Sonic lovers dream about. But here’s the catch: you’ll hear every single cube being birthed from the mechanical bowels of this beast. When it powers on, it doesn’t politely hum. It SCREAMS. The kind of scream that makes pets run, children cover their ears, and houseplants question their will to live. The good: delicious, crunchy ice. The bad: you’ll feel like you’re living in the middle of a construction site every time it runs. We’ve had ours since February, and while it’s faithfully churned out pebble ice, it’s also faithfully terrorized us with its death-rattle symphony. Needless to say, we’ve finally ordered a new brand. This one is being retired...not to storage, but to pasture, where it can spend its final days YELLING INTO THE VOID without disturbing our cocktails. RIP to our February 2025 purchase... you are soon to be replaced... 2 stars for ice quality, but deduct 1 star for decibels that could wake the dead).

Nugget ice machine
Good ice maker at first, the spinner froze up a couple times had to thaw it out. 10 months in and its making a really loud noise and the ice that did come out of it before the noise was like slushy ice. Like I said previously was good, now it don't work. Where the fan is on the side,it looks rusted... it's been airing on my counter and should not have been riding already. Leakage can be a issue if you over fill it.. ice was small like sonic ice at first, so chewable, yes. The weight was bulky and slightly heavy, nothing to extreme.. overall I would not recommend for long term.. short term definitely, got us through summer.
