people this is the best online purchase i have ever done.I bought this because i researced a lot and found that MSM is helpful in eliminatinf recurring UTIs.However i will update the review in this regard after using it for long time.I used it for my joint pain as soon as i received it.My right knee joint was so stiff and painful that i was unable to walk straight after getting out from bed in the morning and couldnt even straighten it after sitting for a prolonged period of time. so first day i took half of this tablet and voila i was no longer limoing.second day half and third day full tablet and yes i was functioning normally again.I aslo didnt have any side effect as other reviewers have suffered. This is a branded form of MSM, OptiMSM. Once a day is enough during the initial loading phase (2 or 3 weeks), and 3 times a week is enough for a maintenance dose after that. Results will be happier joints and more elastic skin.
