I just have to get this off my chest and educate some folks. I lost my darling husband 5 months ago after only 23 years of marriage. He was way too young. But anyway...I had a service for him basically for of all of his many many friends that were in utter shock over his passing. There were flowers and sooooo many dishgardens and plants... everywhere. So here's the deal. I had to go out and find pretty containers and pots for each one because I couldn't bare to let any of them die!!!! Get what I'm saying?! After "rehoming" as many as I could....my house still looks like a jungle. I found this fantastic planter that would hold several of them. It could be used for so many things. But for my purpose it holds 3 plants. They just sit down inside of it and I just water them. You don't have to worry about it leaking because it has a really nice solid plastic insert. I am thinking about getting another one. Maybe to use in the middle of my dining room table for candles. It's quite nice and solidly made. This one sits on my window sill behind my kitchen sink. I hope this helps everyone. Don't send planters to funerals but if you do ...go the extra step and send this product along with it. You will be doing a great kindness to the person left behind that feels obligated to keep everyone of them alive.

I needed something long for a fireplace mantle display and this is perfect! The color, quality and size are great. I actually worked on the display yesterday and it turned out nice. Even though I used artificial foliage, it was nice to have the plastic liner to put the florist foam in and protect the container. Looks great!
