Great product
It worked! I followed directions and I was thrilled to find this product to remove graffiti on an electrical pole on my property.

Amazing
This product is amazing and very user friendly. I encountered a pebblestone driveway with a lot of overspray from a major project which had set in for several months. I sprayed the area and let it sit for about 30 minutes then went over it with a pressure washer and the spray paint was completely gone. I did have to pressure wash the entire driveway after so it would match but it looked great afterwards. I would definitely recommend this product.

Works Pretty Good on Most Surfaces
I used this for a mild graffiti outbreak in my neighborhood. It works vs. spray paint and marker pens on most surfaces such as bare metal, plastic, and some painted surfaces. On bare metal, traffic signs, and robust paint it completely expunges the graffiti. It can dissolve some surface paint such as wall and wooden sign paint however, and the graffiti will merge into it to become a blurry mess. With enough rubbing you can get most of it off but the remaining paint will show wear. For surfaces that can take it, using a nylon scrubbing pad or brush to abrade the thicker parts of the graffiti first allows remover to work with less elbow grease. If you do a lot of graffiti removal with this you'll need a lot of fresh towels or the residue from previous cleanings will make later jobs harder.

Damaged
Love using this stuff, have used before. However, received damaged. To much hassle to send back for replacement or refund

Magical
This stuff is magical. It looks like snot, but I sprayed it in aluminum where people had drawn with pencil and permanent marker…it melted off. I used a Kleenex tissue and the tags came off…Some of the tags required a soft scrubber and elbow grease but it came off. I used it on some post office stickers that they stuck to the aluminum pole and let it “soak” for a few minutes…the ink melted off the paper and the sticker came off with a little scraping. Wear gloves because the ink will get on your hands as it comes off the area.

Did not work
Failed. Used entire bottle, followed instructions step by step, and pressure wash. Only about 20% of graffiti came off. Will move to a stronger product.

best stuff ever
wife ran over a paint can on the road and covered the back of the car and bumper. Was dried fully before she realized what happened. Nothing even began to take the paint off until I tried this product. paint almost immediately started dissolving and after an hour of soaking, wiped right off. Had to do a second application because the paint was so think when I wiped the the first coat it was smearing even more, so a second spray and wiped cleaned up perfectly. no damage to any of the car surfaces. Also, she threw a new tan coat into the dryer because it was wet from rain. Well, she had lipstick in the pocket. opened up and basically painted the inside of dryer and the coat with red, all over. This spray took it off the dryer and also sprayed the whole coat, let it soak in, ran it through a was cycle with a few rag towels and the coat is as good as new. We really thought the coast was garbage until I tried this.
