Great Support Without Restricting Movement
I am a very active person (8–10 hours of pickleball weekly and 3–4 hours of weight lifting), dealing with tendinitis, a distal meniscus issue, and knee pain after almost every session. I've used other fairly good brands of knee braces, but after I started using this one, I noticed about a **20% decrease in my post-workout/pickleball sessions knee pain**. What I like most is that it doesn't feel restrictive at all. It's very comfortable, even playing pickleball in Florida's brutal hot and humid weather with heat indexes around 113°F. The support feels controlled and secure without limiting my movement. It's also very easy to put on. Taking it off is slightly harder, but I actually see that as a positive because it reinforces how securely it stays in place once it's on. No annoying sliding around during play. So far, this has been my favorite knee brace I've used for staying active while managing knee pain and tendinitis.
