Also, I have noticed a lot of autopart stores are now carrying this product. I was happy with my results... have a tiny leak somewhere and add maybe 25 mL every few years.

So in a pinch i used this with the existing power steering fluid that was left in my chrysler minivan power steering pump. what harm have i done?

As far as I know you haven’t done any harm. This type of PS fluid is required in some European vehicles because the seals in those PS systems are susceptible to damage by ordinary PS fluid. I suspect this type of fluid is harmless to any kind of seals in PS systems. Hope this helps but check with a Chrysler dealership service manager.

I have a new holland tractor and the brakes require "mineral oil" with international specification of iso 7308. is this mineral oil only?

No this is not mineral oil - it has 5 things in it:
Petroleum hydrtreated neutral oil
Decene-dimer, hydrogenated
Distill ates ( petroleum) hydrtreated middle
2-propenic acid, 2-methyl, dodecylester polymer with methyl 2-methyl-propenote and tetra deck 2 ethyl-propenote
Distillates petroleum, solvent-dewaxed heavy paraffin

That was taken off the can as its ingredients

Is this usable on a 1999 vw jetta tdi if i change until clear?
