A very good product
The product is nearly tasteless and when mixed in water does not alter the taste much. A slight chalky taste is expected. However, there is a problem with solubility after almost half is used, probably due to clumping. May require vigorous shaking for complete dissolving. No side effects or digestive discomfort noted. Retain my muscle hydration so it definitely do it’s job. The results are reflected in my performance too.

Solubility is not that great but fine at this price
You can notice pump and improved strength after a month of regular use ( not loading just 3 gm per day) but it's solubility is a issue. It doesn't dissolve easily you have to add it in hot water or mix for 1 minute or something for proper dissolving. I am using it for more than a month and I have seen no side effects no hairfall but just you have to go for pee often 😅😂 Overall descent but store in proper condition otherwise it may form lumps.
