Still using it.
Long term review, still is in good shape. Despite frequent use and washing. It still retains the elasticity and the logo prints are still there. Used this everytime I run.

Surprisingly Spacious, Secure, and Perfectly Comfortable — A Brilliant Minimalist Running Belt
Original review about the black large size: I already own two running vests for longer runs (one Osprey and one Salomon), but I wanted something smaller and compact for hot, short runs. Having looked at various reviews, I opted for Salomon. I bought the Salomon Pulse Belt (Large, Black) after debating the sizing, and I’m really glad I went for the large. For context, I typically wear medium in most sports gear, but my waist is a true 36” even though I wear 34” jeans. According to Salomon’s sizing guide, I was right on the border between medium and large, and the large fits me perfectly; snug, secure, and very form‑fitting without ever feeling tight. The material used is very stretchy and soft, and has good wicking properties and dries quickly. I took it out for a 5km, very hot, trail run to test it properly, and it exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly lightweight, sits flat against the body, and I didn’t notice any movement or bounce at all. Once it’s on, it genuinely disappears, but it somehow holds far more than you’d think. It’s basically the TARDIS of running belts. To help other runners see what it can carry, I recorded a short video of me emptying it after my run (and please forgive my amateurish filming - it's not something I do frequently, but I wanted to give some real-world context). From the front pocket, I pull out an iPhone 12 in a case, a house key, an AirPods Pro 3 case, and lip balm. From the rear pocket, I removed a full 500ml Osprey soft flask, and from the trekking‑pole loops I took out a packable Asics runners’ rain jacket. I could also get a couple of energy gels or chews if I wanted, as there is enough room left. It looks like a lot of faff in the video, but honestly, once you’ve used the belt a couple of times, getting things in and out becomes second nature. The 4‑way stretch material is breathable and comfortable, and the belt stays exactly where you put it. No rubbing, no shifting, no sagging, even with the flask and jacket loaded. For short runs, longer trail outings, or days when you don’t want a vest, this is a brilliant minimalist option. If you’re between sizes, I’d strongly recommend going up. The large gives me a secure fit without any looseness, and I’m on the lower end of that size range. Overall, this is a superb running belt: discreet, stable, and capable of carrying far more than you’d expect. I managed to get it on a special offer at £29.99 in late June 2026, and it is definitely worth it. Additional review about the red medium size: So, after a few weeks of using the large, and being between sizes, I opted to also order the "High Risk Red" colour in a medium size. As it turns out, I can definitely get away with either size being. This one is a bit more snug, but still comfortable to wear. I prefer the red colour as it stands out a little more, which will be great in low-level light during the autumn and winter months.

500ml back and 250ml front
+a key and a few gels. Ideal for longish runs where a vest isn't required. Only small point the (reflective?)Salomon lettering has soon washed off but it has otherwise stood up to a summer of being washed every couple of weeks and a good few hundred miles in total. Super comfy. I imagine you do need the right size as there is no adjustment and it wouldn't work well with much in it sitting higher or lower
