This thing is cold, so quiet I thought we installed it wrong. The size is perfect for our wall. Powerful enough to keep the living room icy cold. I like the design how it uses water to keep cool (hopefully or I installed it wrong). Works as intended in the SoFlo heat!

Best window-mounted AC unit I've ever seen. It's quiet, easy to use and very effective. Makes its auto-adjustments nicely. I'm using it in concert with a less-than-adequate, though good quality, heat pump HVAC system. I always prefer more capability, working less hard, and this combination does that very well. Never satisfied with Factory options, I built my own mounting systems and space fillers, and this is the quietest thing I've seen, in operation. Just hope it's long-lived.

It's nice to finally be comfortable during the summer. This AC really cools our house. I get migraines and need the house cold at night so I can sleep. The AC is kept on 73 and it's plenty cool.

Love this, works beautifully, not as quiet as I’d hoped but it gets the job done. Don’t ever get rid of the manual, my contractor did and they won’t send you one, they’ll direct you to it online. Not the same.

We’re in the middle of rebuilding our home for all the hurricanes in Florida. It’s now 95 outside. we have a new 2 ton unit costing us thousands of dollars, this was just so post to be temporarily. My husband is the AC business for over 30 years. We both agreed we’re not putting the 2 ton unit back with all the ductwork. This whirlpool AC not only is it quiet, it goes up and down so the air circulate a whole entire room, making it really cold! ** My bill went way down from $320 a month to $121 a month. I bought another knock of unit & thank goodness they’re out of stock & I found this whirlpool A.C.

The AC works great and it's amazing how quiet it is. My home is broken up, meaning a lot of rooms. Even with these walls, the AC reaches most rooms. It's big, and heavy, so make sure you have two people.

I really like this unit. I purchased the 24K BTU. I was skeptical of how quiet it would be and it is really quiet for being such a big unit. Was not hard to install. Seems to be pretty efficient cooling a large space.

Ac works great. Only thing is the vent door will close or tilt almost all the way closed on it’s on. May be user error but I had to take it off to avoid wasting electricity during the day as it would close and continue to run without delivering the quantity of cool air expected
