I bought this remote after going through several earlier reviews. My experience with this device is very good. It works as promised. A very useful tool for elderly people having mobility issues. The device does not fit in to all kinds of switch boxes but still is manageable. Overall very good experience.

Think twice befor buying
Quality of product is normal. Price is little high. I ordered 2 quantity. One was not working. I returned the faulty product. And ordered another one. The deliverd the faulty product. So if you want to buy. Think twice. And chose the seller correctly.

Very useful product
Purchased this product for one fan and one light but it stopped functioning within THREE months then I contacted the seller who advised me to send it back. Regretfully they repaired it but didn't replace it for which I protested. However, now it is working fine and I am really enjoying it. I should say it is a must have item for the ELDERLY PEOPLE.

Worked only for three months
I purchased one and installed it in the first week of August 2017. Yesterday, in mid-night, the fan got OFF and when checked the MCB for the room had tripped. The remote system had developed some problem and had tripped the MCB. It doesn't work afterward either through remote or the two small buttons in the switch board module.

I must have ordered atleast this product atleast 7-8 times for own use at different locations and for gifting to seniors. It never failed to impress and satify the users. Simple functional and good looking. Press fits in any Anchor Roma type faceplate. They also have screw type version. It never hung or malfunctioned.

Worst product it's horrible ... just used for 8hr nd it's burn out it self nd damage my equipment... just bcoz oF this product I loos around 500rs.. it's not about money luckily escape from big accident.. fire might catch up if I Did not see.. With Amazon I dun hv any issue . Issue is with this product company... they didnot contact me yet after complain..
