Don't but if you have butter fingers you might hurt your hand / fingers. These are super sharp. I repent not using them whole my life. These knife cut any veggie like they are gliding through butter brick. Trust me you will love cutting veggies with these.

Make a collection on a budget
It's expensive was the first thing my mum said when I sent it for her. By after a month or so she was telling me beta this company is vey good and it's so sharp that when she was removing the tape she cut herself. So go for it victronox never disappoints.
