Great bargain! Works great!
I had one just like this years ago made by the "big name brand" and this one works just as well if not even better than the one I owned! Totally worth the money especially since it is WAY cheaper!

Almost awesome.
Seems to be well made, and a good copy of the name brand. EXCEPT the 110 blade is sideways. Not sure if its the blade or the tool thats not right. Updating to 5 stars after buying a replacement blade. For the cost plus a blade its a great buy.

Punches and cuts
While a bit pricey (especially compared to the little free plastic punches that are often included with bags of cat6 jacks), this thing is built to last. I got it because my last cheap plastic piece of garbage final broke. This thing will never break. The cutting blade isn't perfect (none of the wires were completely cut) but with just a few jiggles of the wire with my fingers, the extra wire snapped right off very cleanly.

Good for Beginners
I am beginner when comes to punching down cables. I got this to punch down Ethernet cable. It was fast and easy to use. It does take some muscle to push down, which I wasn't expecting.

5 stars. Faster terminations, fewer re-dos,
Bought the Cable Matters Punch Down Tool (110 & 66 blade) for keystone/RJ45 terminations because I’m tired of doing the “jam it in with something that definitely isn’t a punch tool” routine and then acting surprised when the cable tests like a haunted house. This thing is proper. Solid in the hand, clean punch, trims nicely, and the blades actually do what they’re meant to do without you having to lean on it like you’re trying to crack a walnut. The 110/66 options are handy too — feels like you’ve got the right tool for the job instead of improvising with a screwdriver and pure hope. Bonus: it makes you look very professional while you’re still internally chanting “please be T568B… please be T568B…” 5 stars. Faster terminations, fewer re-dos, and my network cabinet swearing has dropped dramatically.

Meine Kaufempfehlung
