Excellent, easy to use yogurt maker
I love this yogurt maker! I can make yogurt either with a yogurt culture starter and milk or a little of my last batch of yogurt and milk. The process is very easy especially when using a little of my last batch. Cleaning is easy and there is none of the plastic waste and little expense compared to buying ready-made yogurt.

It works so well
I have made 3 batches of yogurt in this so far and they turned out perfectly. First batch I used cultures for Bulgarian yogurt and whole milk. I used the setting for Greek yogurt and set the timer for 20 hours. Then strained it using the included strainer. The yogurt came out very thick and tangy just as expected. I also had plenty of whey left over that I use for baking and I add small amounts to my dogโs food. For the second batch I used 1/4 cup of plain Chobani Greek yogurt and whole milk, used the Greek yogurt setting with timer set for 18 hours. After straining the yogurt was the same consistency as the starter yogurt. Very tasty with fruit and granola. The third batch I used 1/4 cup of leftover whey from the previous batch and the same settings on the machine. This also turned out perfectly. Care must be taken when cleaning the strainer. Itโs somewhat fragile. I use whole milk from a local dairy that is low heat pasteurized and non-homogenized. What I love about this yogurt maker is that itโs not required to pre-heat the milk and cool it back down. Just add a small amount of water to the chamber, mix your starter and milk of choice to the included stainless steel container, place the container in the chamber and choose your settings. Then be patient. Itโs so easy and I love that thereโs so many settings and the timer goes up to 24 hours.

All parts, except heating unit, may be washed in dishwasher.
Used 2 days ago and worked out well. I followed the instructions; found that the 1000ml nearly overfilled the stainless steel bowl. Mix the ingredients prior to filling the bowl. set the bowl inside the heating unit THEN fill the bowl. I made greek yogurt and while the yogurt was draining, placed the bowl on a plate for chilling in the fridge and eliminate any dripps on the floor. After draining, yogurt was placed into a storage container. *The manual doesn't include washing instructions after use. I had to look up on the DIDIMO site; All items except the heating and processing unit, can be placed in dishwasher for cleaning.

So far so good...
I made my first batch of yogurt yesterday, so it definitely works. As much as I'm about to write here, I wonder why I didn't dock another star. I think a lot is because I feel it nitpicky - the device did its job. The only complaint I have is that the language is really bad English and hard to follow at times. Got to read them slowly. With current advancements of AI technology, there really isn't a reason to be this poorly broken English. But then, I just had Copilot try to improve this text and it butchered things about the same level so I'm guessing that's what they used to write their manual! Some notes: 1) I don't think you're supposed to use both lids at the same time, 2) The strainer is just a slight bit too far down. When extracting the whey, the bottom layer of the yogurt will likely still be touching when all's done, 3) the instructions mention nothing about heating and cooling down the milk. Everything I've read, however, says it's important to heat to 150-ish and cool back down to 100-105. I guess the TLDR for this is, you get what you pay for. It's an inexpensive unit. But it works AND it can do cheese (I've yet to try that because it seems I need cultures for that) unlike the high number of higher quality ones I see here.

Not terrible also not great.
It worked to make yogurt after a lot of guess work on time. The sticker in the front for the controls keeps coming off and the strainer ripped on the one side on the first use. I guess Iโll have to buy a better strainer. All in all, not terrible for the price, I suppose.

Wish I could return it. So many buttons. Compact. Nice looking. Nice price.

Arrived cracked. No temperature control.
Disappointed. The acrylic plastic lid arrived cracked with a chunk broken off. I was even going to try to make it work, but then on top of that I discovered that there is no temperature control. I couldn't find which temperatures corresponded to each setting (yogurt, cheese, natto, etc.) and that info is not provided in any of the instructions or the video. I needed 100 degrees for l. Reuteri yogurt, so I went with the natto setting based on other reviews, but the temperature fluctuated between 95 and 117, killing the probiotics.

Good For Making Natto
This product has pre-set features for making yogurt, cheese, and natto. I have made natto before, using an Instant Pot , crockpot, or the oven. Several times, I wasn't successful. So, I tried this product (after having steamed the soy beans as per instructions). The pre-set setting for natto makes it easy. However, the instruction in the manual can use a bit more clarification. Such as when mentioning the temperature of the cooked beans before adding the natto-fermenting bacteria, please tell whether you mean Fahrenheit or Celsius. Other than that, it is a good product and just the right size for my counter. It also cleans up easily. A good investment.

Not as described on Amazon
this is only a basic yogurt maker. There is no temperature control or sieve as described. similar models are available on Amazon at half the price. Felt cheated.

Very good yogurt maker
I have only used this once since i just received it but found it to be very easy to use. Super light weight and small enough to store away when not in use.

Machine didnt work as described
After two batches of yogurt completely failed I got a thermometer to check the machines water temperature. It will not heat over 40 degrees. This was a waste of milk and time.
