This printer is very amazing in every way! Very user-friendly screen and buttons. Good grip on the handle. The system runs incredibly smoothly: no slow downs. Clear printing quality. Ink dries fast. I did not notice any smell to it. I like the case that comes with the machine: portable and provides excellent protection for the machine. Also, many accessories that can be used straight from the box. I highly recommend this product!

In the video I'm labeling medicated honey sticks per State guidelines. At the end of the video I said "over a thousand". It was actually 1389 to be exact. And that was with a smoke break, and chatting with some fellow manufacturers. It took me about 30 minutes to set up the printer, figure out the right size and format and technique. I went from labeling these with dymo labels at about 200 an hour to using this baby and getting almost 700. This paid for itself in one day just on the time alone. Plus it's prints really clean. There is a technique to my specific product which I can't even say this was designed for. But you can upload QR codes or even designs. The interface is very intuitive and you don't need any additional software to use this. My only regret is not spending the extra money on the upgraded version for assembly lines. I won't be returning this for the upgraded version. I'll just be ordering the upgraded version of this and keeping the current one. If you're labeling a grip of products, this company and device are amazing. I can't speak to customer service but I haven't needed to contact them. Also, the ink sticks really well. I have to use oil to take this ink off. Water alone isn't enough. Just make sure you have a piece of paper to protect the surface you're printing on. If you over shoot your mark, it will print as designed and it's a pain to remove this from metal or tile. But I don't see that as a bad thing. Just play with it for an hour and enjoy. Hope this helped any one thinking about this product. (Also, I buy stuff from Amazon all the time. One of the first reviews I've ever left. That should say something in itself).

After using this handheld printer for a while, I'd say it works well for my needs. The printing process is smooth and reliable, text comes out clean without blurring. I like that it supports custom content and multi-line editing directly on the device, which makes formatting flexible. The auto-increment and decrement feature for numbering has been particularly useful for my coding tasks efficiently. Simple to operate, I've already recommended it to my partner.

Worked great for a couple months, but now it doesnt charge and is useless. I have contacted Bentsai support and If I ever hear back from support and get it resolved, I will update my review. but for now, i'm still waiting to hear back.

Has been used this handheld inkjet printer for a while, I must to say that the bentsai support team is incredibly helpful in guiding us through using the machine! I did experience some issues with connectivity when trying to pair it with my production line initially. It took a bit of troubleshooting to get everything working smoothly. With their help, we set up and it performed reliably.The print quality is consistently sharp. What’s more,long working time! The printer can print and lasts two days on a single charge, effortlessly keeping up with our production line tasks. Five stars for both machine and customer service!

I recently purchased this 6205B handheld printer for my small business, Pretty good for quick inventory tagging. With just about 10 minutes of setup, you'll be ready to use it effectively. I use it daily to print price tags and barcode labels right in the stockroom. It has saved me a lot of time compared to using a larger desktop printer or label machine, as it can print on unlimited surface.I can take it to different locations within the stockroom.

We purchased this new model of handheld printer, we have 3 of the older models that are used daily. The new handheld printer is very nice, slightly smaller than the older model but the weight is not significantly lighter. It prints just as well on our Polyurethane Foam product as the older model. One thing that is a little disappointing is that the charger is a USB cord. We use this on the production floor and there aren't USB ports available to easily charge this device. It's not a big deal, I purchased a charging bank of USB ports. The main problem that they found is that the old model has a clear plastic cap that they put back on to cover the print head when the workers aren't actively using it, because they use this device so much they don't take the ink cartridge out multiple times throughout the day. On this new model it is not possible to put the plastic cap back on with the ink cartridge in the device.
