My favorite resistance bands! Fabric is so soft and comfortable on your legs. Super durable. They give you a great workout. Perfect for Pilates. They come in a zip pouch which is great for storage/brining them with you to a class.

Never have worked out with resistance bands at home, but I feel like I am getting the workout and resistance I am looking for. They are the perfect width and do not fall off easily. Easy to use.

for the plus size girlies YEEEES, You need this set. Fits well and so they dont roll down. i use these instead of the rubber ones at the gym and i love these.

Love how thick and durable they are, great resistance levels, very pretty colours, but the little rubber beads are not enough to stop them from rolling up
