I Love Monk Fruit
I have been using monk fruit extract for over a year, and I have also used every other sweetener. The two that I have settled with are monk fruit and stevia extracts (100%). The bad reviews for both of these products both have taste as issues. Both don't taste like sugar, because they are not sugar. Many people are so used to sugar that any thing different gets a bad review. If someone thinks that stevia or monk fruit tastes bad and leaves a bad review, then they are doing a disservice to other customers and to the seller of the product. - People complain about the packaging. Okay, I get it, the inner liner wasn't sealed. It is probably very difficult to get a liner to stick when the container has a powdery ingredient. The seller may be a small company with limited resources and is doing their best to offer a good product at a reasonable price. - Bad taste. Okay, but it tastes like monk fruit. I venture to say that if you equate sugar to sweet, then almost nothing else can be sweet. I like monk fruit because it adds a good taste to my yogurt, oatmeal, home made chocolates, and almost any food that I use it in. I tend to use monk fruit in food, not in drinks. Mainly, because it cost more than stevia (this product will change that as it is a very good price) - Doesn't dissolve in liquid easily. True, it does not. One of the reasons I use it in food and not liquids. But it does dissolve very well in melted cocoa butter. And, if I smoosh the little blobs against the side of the glass, then they will break up and dissolve in my tea or warm lemon juice. - Not that much. Not true. In my photo I break an 8 oz container into 4 oz mason jars, and I ended up with 6.5 jars full. That's 26 fl oz. That is so much more that a differ vendor's for just a little bit more money, and with the subscription discount, the cost is about the same. That's value. - The after taste. Yes, there is an after taste. Most things that we eat do have an after taste, but we don't notice it, because we are used to the taste. Frist time coffee, agh. After taste, yes. But, i love coffee and love the after taste. A piece of white bread. No after taste, because really no taste. Sugar. Yes, aftertaste, but we are used to it because we have eaten it our entire lives. I believe in helping the small companies, because I think that they are offering a product that they believe in. Maybe they make money, maybe they don't. Maybe, this is not a small company. I don't know, but if they are, then i am here to support them, because this is a great product. 100% Monk Fruit, great size, and even includes a little spoon. Exactly what I wanted.

Amazing find. Will buy again and again
When this product arrived, I was kind of frustrated by how small the container is. But it is actually a huge amount. There is a tool for measurement inside the container. You only need a teeny tiny amount to really sweeten your food. This container will last years. No aftertaste and for how long it lasts, it is a lot more value for your money. I will buy this again and again.

The best I’ve found
I have been unsung monk fruit for years and this is the best I’ve purchased. It’s very sweet and a little goes a long way. So it lasts a long time. I lbuy the lowest per ounce quantity. I don’t have any digestive problems that come with the 1 to 1 cheap stuff that isn’t 100 percent pure. It’s an all natural alternative to chemicals which is why I like it. It has a slight fruity taste, but it’s not excessive and I got used to it quickly. If you use too much it tastes bitter so definitely go easy til you find your proper ratio!

What the crap is so bitter in this!?—Monk fruit by itself is nOT this BITTER😖!
I’ve bought great Monk fruit powder several times before and it’s always delicious through and through. This brand is clearly NOT Monk fruit—it is as bitter as a caffeine pill and I’m very surprised and completely disappointed that the sellers would even attempt to sell this. It tastes extremely bitter eaten straight, and extremely bitter in my drink—even milk doesn’t cover it up. The aftertaste of bitterness is hard to even wash out of my mouth, so no one is going to convince me that this is monk fruit. There is something else in this formula—I’m convinced of it, and I’m looking for a private lab to analyze it thoroughly for every ingredient in it because I don’t trust this or the manufacturers one bit. It just should not taste offensive like this. It is so bitter I feel lied to. No one is paying me to do reviews, but I put out my own money because I know real Monk fruit is delicious by itself. This taste makes you want to power-wash your mouth out, it tastes so chemical, bitter and bad. It’s intolerable and this really ticks me off to be made a fool of. My money is not easy to come by. I want my money back and I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone else.

Perfect Natural Sweetener for My Tea
This monk fruit extract has become the only sweetener I use for my tea. I use it multiple times daily and absolutely love it. It’s very sweet, so you only need a tiny amount, and it comes with a small (really tiny) scoop, which is all you need. A little goes a long way, making it last. I also appreciate that it has no erythritol or other added sweeteners, just clean, natural sweetness. I loved it so much I even set it up on auto-ship so I never run out. The only small drawback is that it does clump a bit sometimes, but that’s easily fixed with a vigorous stir before I add my teabag or loose tea. When I use it in yogurt, the texture isn’t noticeable at all. Highly recommend if you want a healthier, natural sweetener that works beautifully.

Good sugar, very pricey and small. Won't order again.
I love this type of sugar and decided to purchase it in this jar instead of the bag. It's much more expensive in the jar and the 5 oz - granted I knew it wasn't much - is only as big as a small coffee cup. When you bake with this stuff, that might last you a week. I'll go back to the bag for now and maybe put it in a container myself. It's much cheaper and it all tastes the same.

No Erythritol is the sweet one
I have bought different brands and was not happy. I purchased this one, and this one is very sweet. Just use a little from the small scoop that comes with it. You have to watch what you buy. This one has No Erythritol, which is the sweet one. If you buy the one with Erythritol, then it will be bitter. So when purchasing, look at the label. I highly recommend this one for the sweetness.

Tastes like Stevia to me.
I got this to use in making ice cream. But I tried it out in my coffee and it tasted really bitter - kind of like Stevia. So now I'm afraid to use it in vanilla ice cream because I don't want to ruin a whole batch.
