First of all - don’t listen to the other reviewer saying that the camera needs to manually be switched on. This was an installation mistake on his part. I wired the cable for the camera to my reverse light power supply, which makes it turn on automatically when switching into reverse. The installation was relatively easily and straightforward - it took about 4 hours to install a new radio, the camera, and four new speakers into my 2016 Nissan. The cord for the camera was long enough, but I drive a small car. I would expect needing an extension for something like a truck. I appreciate the value of this radio - I couldn’t find a better deal. The camera quality isn’t 100% perfect but good enough, it is especially helpful in adverse weather and dark conditions. The screen, although not the highest quality on the market, is bright and responsive. The Bluetooth links to my phone immediately after turning on the vehicle. The radio does everything it needs to do, and more than expected for the price I paid.

Remote does not work menu on the radio. You push it, it doesn't work. If you can hit the navigation button on the radio that doesn't work, you have to use it by the touchscreen. So that means that there's options that are still on the radio that you cannot get to, because the remote doesn't work. And everything besides the knob, it does not work on it.

I was very excited to find this as It was the only one I could afford that actually had all the features I wanted. It was a little difficult installing and It's definitely not perfect or the best on the market but for the price I think It's pretty good quality and so far It fits my needs and Iam happy with It. Hopefully It holds up but we'll see.

Everything works as advertised,bought a motorhome with no backup camera or gps so replaced the old cd,cassette player with this boss system.I have hardly used it but impressed with it so far.Nice to have a backup camera,it was a huge blind spot.Now I can even turn the camera on when going down the road and check on my car hauler behind me.So far nice purchase!

For the money this is a good head unit. Video quality is good. Back up camera is good. Audio is good. GPS is decent. You can put in custom backgrounds if you use the crop photo options. SD card is nice to add your own music and movies to as well as saving photos to. Complaints. It could support a few more video file types like .mkv. Could be a little louder. Doesnt work with steering wheel controls even with an adapter.

Stopped working junk wish I would have did my research

My son-in-law replaces radios for side hustle and it took 8 hrs trying to get radio in and WORK! Still took additional work to get it to work properly and backup camera isn’t dependable.

From the get go I got a feeling it would be a big mistake buying this product; gosh! from the picture quality, the video quality and the audio sound (although not perfect, but very good) of the stereo, I think for sure I make a great decision when I purchased it. No regret, none at all!
