I tried making macroons before. Getting them to start round and organized wasnt easy. That is why got this pan to help keep them in round shape and easier.

Years ago I tried a Fox Run pan and haven’t strayed from them since. The only pans I test now are from Fox Run. Each time they exceed my expectations. This Macaron pan is no different because it is perfect. It is lightweight and easy to hold with oven mitts because they give you a decent sized edge with which to do it. This pan after many uses still isn’t warping. That is because of the quality of the steel they use. The non stick carbon-steel layer doesn’t scratch or chip. To the touch it is a slippery pan. If you take care of it there is no way anything is going to stick so clean up is super easy every time. With this pan I get an even bake no matter whether it is in the center or the edge of the pan. I also feel it is a bit faster than my old pan. It makes 30 Macarons at a time so you can treat a small army in just an hour. The thing I really like about this pan is it cools down fairly quick. For baking I would have to say if you think you are better off buying a cheaper pan you are making a mistake. The extra buck or two pays for itself with your first bake.

Great for a beginner to try to make macarons! This is a very affordable pan for a basic home cook. If you're more of a kitchen pro, or know that you'll make macarons often, I'd look for something a big higher end. I was a bit surprised at the size, but yes, the advertisement does say that they are for MINI macrons! Nice non-stick surface. Seems good quality. Pan is on the thinner side, so watch for burned bottoms. Pan is hard to grab as there are no edges to put your hand/thumb. I'd recommend putting it onto a baking tray, which, would also help with not burning the bottoms.
